AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Plus Reel Limited, doing business as +Reel ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We operate the website https://www.plusreel.com (the "Site"), along with any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Plus Reel Limited. By accessing or using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Legal Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

We may provide you with prior notice of any scheduled changes to the Services or these Legal Terms. By continuing to use the Services after any changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age.

1. OUR SERVICES

Our Services are designed for professional use by filmmakers, distributors, rights holders, and buyers involved in film rights and content licensing. You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in jurisdictions where such use would violate local laws.

We do not guarantee that the Services comply with laws outside of the United Kingdom. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws if you access the Services from outside the UK.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We own or license all intellectual property in our Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, and content ("Content"). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business or personal use only.

You must not:

  • Republish, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Services or Content.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We may offer paid features or services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All payments are subject to our billing terms and any additional conditions shown at the point of sale.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some Services may be offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing unless you cancel according to the terms provided at checkout or in your account settings.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than those for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

8. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS

You may post content such as reviews, comments, or other contributions. By posting, you grant us a license to use your contributions in connection with the Services.

You agree your contributions:

  • Do not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Are not offensive, defamatory, or misleading
  • Are your own or properly licensed by you

We may remove or restrict contributions at our discretion.

9. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content across media formats and platforms.

10. SOCIAL MEDIA

If you link your account with social media services, you authorize us to access, use, and store content related to those accounts as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for any content, policies, or practices of such websites. You access them at your own risk.

12. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor the Services for violations
  • Take appropriate legal action
  • Refuse or restrict access
  • Remove or disable content that is harmful or excessive
  • Suspend or modify Services for maintenance or upgrades

13. PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such interruptions.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If you are in the EU, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, or your country of residence where required by consumer law.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Binding Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration, seated in Leeds, United Kingdom, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.

19. CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions and to update these Legal Terms at any time without notice.

20. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

21. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFIT, OR OTHER LOSSES, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

22. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Legal Terms.

23. USER DATA

We will maintain limited data you submit for service performance, but we are not liable for any loss or corruption of such data.

24. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic signatures and records are equivalent to paper records for all purposes.

25. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

If you are a California resident and have a complaint, you may contact the Consumer Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services at (800) 952-5210 or dca.ca.gov.

26. MISCELLANEOUS

These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement. If any part is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

27. REFUNDS

All payments made to +Reel for subscriptions, services, or other paid features are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial use of a subscription or service,
  • Downgrades,
  • Unused features,
  • Termination initiated by the user or by us due to a breach of these Legal Terms.
